Democrats gun control plans fall apart

Filed under: Gun Control — admin @ 10:55 pm

The Democratic Party, long identified with gun control, is rethinking its approach to the gun debate, seeking to improve the chances of its candidates in Western states where hunters have been wary of casting votes for a party with a national reputation of being against guns.
Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean, has urged candidates to view gun control laws as state issues.
Andrew Arulanandam, director of public affairs for the NRA, said the group has ‘’seen a marked change” in Democratic behavior.
But we must still keep a watch on liberals that want to take out guns. Right now the Democrat party is funded and run by anti-gun nuts. And some Democratics may hide anti-gun beliefs. They must promise to vote against all gun control for me to vote for them. Just repeating a Dean slogon should not be enough to get our vote.

Let me think …must I be confused ? Democrats Schumer and Clinton of New York..wonder if they would vote anti-gun ? HMMMM……….Bad enough the Republican Govenor in NY, Pataki, turned coat and signed into law over-whelming measures against New Yorkers for more gun control. The federal assault weapon ban faded away….but not in NY. Pataki made sure the state legislators passed a state bill that mirrored the Federal ban. Democrats have gun control in their makeup…pure and simple. Want gun control / confiscation….VOTE DEMOCRAT ( or move to NY too )
