Now with every heart beat of our nation, government to include law enforcement at all levels has moved closer to taking away more of our Constitutional Right or modifying them through Congressional Bills or Executive Orders. This includes taking away our privately owned guns and weapons. The closer our different levels of government move towards them against us, the Citizens of America, the closer we move to physically defying their egos and self imposed righteousness.

Here in SC I was recently arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Battery because I defended my Constitutional Rights against violation of my Fifth Amendment. After defending myself in the County Magistrate Court, I will file charges in Federal Court against the county officer and the County for defend myself, my mother and home against unlawful entry.

Regardless of what you see on TV law enforcement shows, no law enforcement officer has a right to enter your home without a warrant, probable cause or by invitation. Know your Constitutional Rights, they are clear and succinct. They are not open for analysis or interpretation by any self imposed higher authority.
