Florida’s new shoot first gun law protects victims

Filed under: Gun Control — admin @ 11:33 pm

Florida’s new law allows victims to shoot first in self-defense without fear of prosecution.
The new law goes into effect Oct. 1 Under the new law, Floridians may use deadly force against an attacker, even if they could have gotten away. It also requires prosecutors to presume that someone acted in self-defense.
Just like the other Florida and Louisiana Shoot the CarJacker laws that were pased years ago. Guncontrol nuts are atacking the new law. The anti carjacking laws have proven to reduce crime with no problems. And it is clear this new law will do the same. Reducing gun control always reduced crime.
