Could you imagine, federal agents going house to house to enforce this shit. There would be more agents getting killed, and civilian casualties if they tried this. What they need to do is employ tougher laws on the freaking criminals, instead of Plea barganing everything.. make minimum sentances higher. And employ more Border Patrol. Keep the bloody Mexicants... in Freaking Mexico... the crime rate is high in California because of all the ILLEGALs.. not the citizens and taxpayers.. 80% of all crime in LA is from illegals.
