If guns are banned, then the law abiding citizen will obey that law and not posess a firearm. This will leave the citizens that obey the law at the mercy of the criminal. I believe that all citizens have a right to defend their own life and property. The firearm is by far the most effective means of self defense available. In addtion, gun ownership may actually save lives. I believe that a criminal will be less likely to engage in an attack against a person that is known to be armed for fear of being killed. We need to stop this heavy Left wing aggressive attack on guns that people carry legal and destroy the guns of the criminal not those of us who would lay their life down to protect someone else as I did to keep the Country strong and as I see it now The USA has leaned very rapid to the left, liberal and have dumbed down America so bad that recovery may not be there without the strong voice of those that sit around and do nothing.
