Free Bus service sponsored by FEMA cancled by locals
A strange FEMA plan provided free bus service to people at night in Alexandria Louisiana.
FEMA paid the cost of the riders under some strange theory that Katrina evacuees in north LA need to ride around the city at night for free?
I guess FEMA wanted to make it easer for them to rob us.
Due to problems with gangs and hoods the city will end the program and again start charging people to ride the bus at night.
Another example of wasting FEMA money on hoodlums.
